Associate’s degree in Applied Science. I also work in the healthcare field, which gives me a strong foundation in understanding how the body moves, adapts, and stays healthy.
I’ve always loved sports and being active. Growing up, I did gymnastics, ran cross country and track, played soccer, volleyball, and the list goes on. As an adult, I’ve continued to challenge myself by competing in CrossFit competitions, completing HYROX races, and participating in endurance events like triathlons and half marathons. Needless to say, movement has always been a big part of my life. While my training has evolved over the years, that love for being active has stayed the same.
What I enjoy most about coaching is helping people build confidence in their movement and showing them that fitness can support real life. I believe the gym should be welcoming, challenging, and fun. It needs to be a place where people feel supported while working hard and making progress. My coaching style prioritizes smart movement, long-term progress, and meeting athletes where they ar
My turning point came when I realized fitness wasn’t just about aesthetics or numbers on the bar. It was about confidence, consistency, and mental resilience. Training became a tool to feel stronger, more capable, and better prepared for everyday life. As I experienced how movement positively impacted my physical and mental health, I felt called to help others experience that same growth, which ultimately led me to coaching.
What motivates me most is watching members accomplish things they once thought were impossible — whether that’s a first pull-up, a new PR, or simply showing up on a tough day. Working in the medical field has shown me firsthand how powerful movement and lifestyle habits can be, and coaching feels like a natural extension of that passion for helping people improve their quality of life.
I’m also motivated to set a strong example for my kids by prioritizing fitness, health, and consistency into adulthood. I believe nutrition plays a huge role in overall wellness, and I enjoy incorporating balanced, sustainable nutrition into my daily life. My goal as a coach is to help members build strength, confidence, and habits that support them both inside and outside the gym.
