Coach Anna has been moving her whole life. Gymnastics, cross country, track, soccer, volleyball, and that was just growing up. As an adult she kept pushing, competing in CrossFit competitions, completing Hyrox races, and taking on triathlons and half marathons. Her background in healthcare and applied science gives her a strong understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and stays healthy, and that knowledge shows up in how she coaches. For Anna, fitness stopped being about aesthetics or numbers on a bar and became about something bigger: confidence, consistency, and mental resilience. The gym should be welcoming, challenging, and fun all at once, and her coaching reflects that. Smart movement, long-term progress, and meeting people exactly where they are is what she is about.
