Program Description

HYROX training at Ardent Fitness and Education in Oshkosh, WI is built for athletes who want to compete in one of the fastest-growing fitness races in the world. The HYROX format is simple: eight one-kilometer runs, each followed by one functional workout station. Ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls — all under the clock.


Our programming is designed to prepare you for exactly what race day demands. You will build the aerobic base, muscular endurance, and movement efficiency needed to complete all eight stations without falling apart on the runs. Every session has a purpose and a direct connection to race performance.


This program works for first-time competitors and experienced HYROX athletes alike. Workouts are scaled to your current fitness level so you are training hard without training blindly. Coaches provide feedback on pacing strategy, station technique, and how to manage your energy across the full course.
