Your First Step
the ardent fitness
no sweat intro
No pressure. Just a clear next step.
Twenty minutes with a coach. We talk about your goals, run an InBody scan, and build the plan. The only thing you take off is your shoes, and that's for the scan.
what is a no sweat intro?
It is not a workout. It is not a sales pitch. It is a twenty minute conversation.
You'll leave knowing your starting numbers and which of our programs actually fits. There's more than one, and you get a say in which door you walk through.
Here's Coach Austin, founder of Ardent, with the rest of it.
what to expect
Twenty minutes, start to finish. Here's the whole thing, so nothing catches you off guard.
01
your story
Your history, your injuries, your schedule, and what's gotten in the way before. We ask a lot of questions, you do most of the talking, and you'll see the space while we're at it.
02
your baseline
We run an InBody scan so we're working from real numbers instead of a guess. Shoes and socks off, takes about a minute. You keep the results either way.
03
your plan
Which program, how many days a week, and what we're measuring. We tell you what we'd recommend and why. Then you pick.
04
The Numbers
Pricing out loud, in the room. No long term contracts and no checking with a manager.
why it works
Most gyms sell you access. A door code, a class schedule, and good luck.
The problem is that access was never the missing piece. You already know you should train. You've probably already paid for a membership you stopped using, and then blamed yourself for it.
We don't blame people. We build systems.
That means we start with your real numbers instead of a guess, because a plan built on wishful thinking falls apart in about three weeks.
It means you get a say in which program you're in, because nobody sticks with something they got assigned.
And it means you know where the work is heading, with check-ins at week two, week four, and day one hundred. That's when people fall off, and somebody should notice.
Honest starting point. Real choices. A path you can see.
ready to start?
The hardest part is the part you already did, which was thinking about it long enough to end up on this page.
The intro takes twenty minutes. Booking takes about ninety seconds.
Worst case, you walk out with your starting numbers, an honest conversation, and a clearer idea of what you're actually doing. That's not a bad Tuesday.
