Program Description

Small Group Training at Ardent Fitness and Education in Oshkosh, WI gives you structure, coaching, and accountability without losing the energy of a group. Classes are capped at 12 so you are not just working out in a room. You are being coached in real time with adjustments, feedback, and progressions that match your ability.


Every session is built with intention. You are not guessing what to do or following along blindly. Coaches guide you through each workout from start to finish so you can move well, train safely, and build real progress over time.


Most members begin with a structured start program before transitioning into group training. This creates confidence, removes the intimidation factor, and sets you up to succeed in a group environment from day one.

This is a coaching-driven environment designed to help you train with confidence, not figure it out on your own.

Coaches provide real-time feedback, movement corrections, and adjustments throughout every class. Each workout is scaled to your ability so you are challenged appropriately while training safely.
