HYROX at Ardent Is Just Getting Started
HYROX has landed at Ardent, and it is here to stay. This month we are bringing HYROX training into our regular class schedule. As an official HYROX Training Center, we are now offering coached HYROX classes for anyone who wants a new way to train with purpose, whether you are preparing for a race or just looking for a different kind of challenge.
HYROX is built on movements you already understand, strung together in a way that tests everything at once. Running, sleds, carries, rowing, skiing, lunges, and wall balls. Add pacing and race-style conditioning, and you get a format that rewards consistency, strategy, and durability over flash.
More Than a Workout. A Training System.
Ardent HYROX is not one class you show up to and survive. It is a complete system built around three types of training that work together to build strength, conditioning, durability, and race-style performance.
HYROX classes teach the stations, transitions, and race-style conditioning the format is known for.
Functional Bodybuilding builds the strength, muscle, durability, and movement quality that hold up under fatigue.
Energy System Training builds aerobic capacity, threshold, conditioning, and the pacing control that decides how a race actually goes.

A Look Inside a Session
Here is one of the sessions on the board. We call it Top and Tail. Every movement gets coached, and every movement gets scaled, so the workout meets you where you are on day one.

Thursday 4:00 to 5:00 PM
Saturday 8:40 to 9:40 AM
Later this summer we are adding a Tuesday 4:00 PM Energy System Training class focused on aerobic capacity, threshold work, conditioning, and pacing control.
How to Get In
If you are a current standard member, HYROX is included with your membership. Just show up. If you want HYROX-specific access or are supplementing another program, we have two membership options. Memberships begin when classes start on June 20, and renew every 8 weeks unless cancelled with proper notice.
