We get asked this all the time:

How much does it cost?

It is a fair question. But the honest answer is this:

We cannot tell you that right away.

That is because we do not just drop people into a program. We build the program around the person.

You are not here to buy access to a building. You are here to change something. To feel better. To move better. To live better. That takes more than a price. It takes a plan.

And that plan starts with a conversation.

Start With a No-Sweat Intro

Before we talk numbers, we start with a free conversation. We call it a No-Sweat Intro.

There is no workout. No pressure. Just a coach who wants to learn about you and your goals.

We ask questions like:

  • What do you want to achieve?
  • What has worked for you in the past?
  • What does your schedule look like?

We take a quick InBody scan, which gives us a starting point. From there, we build a plan that fits your budget and your life. If we talk and we are not a great fit for your needs, we will give you some other options in the area you can check out.

We Use the Prescriptive Model

Once we know your goals and your starting point, we make a specific recommendation.

This might include:

  • Personal training
  • Small Group classes
  • Nutrition coaching
  • Habit and accountability work
  • Recovery sessions
  • Launch or our 8-Week Transformation

We call this the Prescriptive Model. It works because it is built around the person, not a generic template.

And your plan can change as your life changes. We adjust with you.

So What Does It Cost?

Most of our clients invest somewhere between 200 and 500 dollars per month.

That amount depends on what they need and how often they train.

Some people want one-on-one training. Others want group classes with nutrition support. We build the plan that fits your goals and your life.

We do not offer discounts.
We do not sell long-term contracts, just a 30 day notice.
We do not do sales or specials.

Everyone gets the same high-quality experience.

Everyone is treated fairly.
